 Verified We loved living at the Empire Palms! It was 3 of us in a 2 bedroom. Property manager on site, Sharon was great! Alonso was also amazing! The property is very well-kept, it's quiet and was super cat friendly. We had 2 cats and would walk them around the area. The neighbors were also awesome, our cats got out when we weren't home and they wrote us a note and helped us get them back. We would've stayed there longer if we could but our roommate couldn't stay in town. We definitely recommend 101 Property Management as there were no hidden fees or anything that is not discussed before signing the lease which occurring with our new place.

You won't find a better, more kind landlord than Alonso, he was always available, treated me w/respect and dignity and I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity he gave me to have a safe home and improve my credit. They provide a garage spot w/ your own clicker so your car is always safe, provide laundry soap free of charge at their laundermat,

 Verified Alonso is really great to work with. He's always efficient, responsive, and communicative regarding maintenance requests and also has high standards for work being done in the units. He's experienced and knowledgeable and funny, to boot. I appreciate the online payment and maintenance ticket system through AppFolio, which is very easy to use. The property has definitely improved since property management was changed to this company. They put up a secure wood fence around the property, painted the entire complex, put up a new 20-year roof, and also assisted with issues with folks in the neighboring complex.
