Alonso founded 101 Property Management with a straightforward mission — deliver the kind of hands-on, accountable property management that large corporate firms simply can’t offer. With over 20 years of experience in the Santa Barbara and Ventura real estate markets, he has built a portfolio of 250+ units managed with a personal, owner-first approach. Alonso is the direct point of contact for property owners, handling vendor negotiations, complex property issues, and strategic decisions himself. When you work with 101 Property Management, you work with Alonso, not a call center.
Claudia Ramirez | Co-Founder & Principal Broker
As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Claudia oversees the financial and legal backbone of 101 Property Management. Her day-to-day responsibilities span trust accounting, owner financial reporting, lease compliance, and California landlord-tenant law — ensuring every property under management meets the highest standards of legal and financial integrity. With over 250 units across Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, Claudia’s rigorous systems protect both owner investments and tenant rights, giving all parties confidence that every transaction is handled accurately and transparently.
Emmanuel Escamilla | Real Estate Agent & Property Manager
Emmanuel leads leasing operations and digital marketing for 101 Property Management. Managing the full leasing cycle through AppFolio, he focuses on minimizing vacancy periods through targeted digital advertising, data-driven pricing strategies, and responsive tenant communication. His hands-on approach to marketing has contributed to an average time-on-market of 1–2 weeks across the portfolio. Emmanuel is a licensed real estate agent and a key driver behind 101’s growth in both Santa Barbara and Ventura markets.
