I had the great pleasure of living at 892 Empire Ave from 2021-2022. They do a very thorough background check which assures not a single bad neighbor. You won’t find a better, more kind landlord than Alonso, he was always available, treated me w/respect and dignity and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity he gave me to have a safe home and improve my credit. They provide a garage spot w/ your own clicker so your car is always safe, provide laundry soap free of charge at their laundermat, have safety cameras located everywhere, offer a bicycle storage room free of charge, are located w/in walking distance of the mall, ect.
